With the program rangel and possibly open the wheels in 3Ds Max

However the program does not rebuild the .exe

We wanna know if its possible to make a Bespoke program for this f^_^in z28 and if its possible why nobody dont make for z28 why? Its not possible to put a hex combination , bespoke or 3ds to improve some new wheels for this game i already boreeeeddd to drive with this shits its dissgust me try to make a permanent changer program no Wheel changers bespoke or any F^_^in programs what replace to normal to next play or restart program ...
