Only two types of rims for now, I will probably make more when patch 0.6A will be released (“early in 2009″).
It doesn’t work online until all people at the server wear the same rims.
Unpack “BLANK.dds” file to your data/dds and “XRG Rims Menager Z28″ folder wherever you want.
